Welcome to KESAB environmental solutions
KESAB environmental solutions is a not-for-profit organisation that was founded in 1966 to address litter issues with community education programs. KESAB is an acronym for Keep South Australia Beautiful and the name KESAB environmental solutions was adopted in 2000.

South Port Noarlunga beach, South Australia, wins the Australian Clean Beaches Awards
South Port Noarlunga beach in SA has been announced as the Overall Winner of the Keep Australia Beautiful, Australian Clean Beaches Awards, for 2009/2010.
As well as winning the overall Australian title, South Port Noarlunga picked up awards in the Resource Recovery & Waste Management, Environmental Innovation & Protection, Water Conservation and Young Legends categories, plus a distinction in the Community Action & Partnerships category. On Monday December 7th The Minister for Environment and Conservation and Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation the Hon Jay Weatherill announced Goolwa as the 2009 Winner of Sustainable Communities (Tidy Towns). Also judged Best Community Southern and Hills Region, Goolwa demonstrated a great example of community working together with an intergenerational youth mentoring program to restore bikes, skills development through revegetation, and rain water harvesting at Investigator College where 1 million litres of water was collected for every 100mm of rainfall. Also recognised was the community garden which provides enough produce for a regular food barrow in the main street.
Other winners are Parndana (Best Small Town) and Whyalla (Best large Town). View media release. View results.
